When Nike gathered 200 of its global leaders in an industrial east London warehouse space, we were asked to create a world class coffee offering for the four day seminar. No expense had been spared by Nike’s marketing team, and our setup had to match the brand’s spectacular event production in terms of both product and service.
It was vitally important to work collaboratively with the Nike team and align our offer 100% with their event messaging, objectives, look and feel. The nature of the summit meant we had to provide lots of drinks in short bursts between sessions. We focused hard on process to ensure slick delivery under pressure, so guests on a short break weren’t wasting valuable time in the drinks queue.
We ran the event with just two baristas, added soft drinks to our offer and sourced a truly exceptional espresso from Berlin based roaster The Barn.
